Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for the Patient Age-18 to 60 Both genders With minimum of 6 Months duration of illness  Inclusion criteria for the Caregiver Caregivers will be the Spouse, Children, Parents and Siblings . Caregivers living and involving in the daily living activities, supervision/administration of medicine, involve in the treatment of the person with severe mental illness for at least months. Those who are able to understand and comprehend The caregivers must be 18 years or more in age. The caregivers who are willing to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for the Patient: Patient with co morbid physical health issues will be excluded. Exclusion Criteria for Caregivers: Caregivers with physical illness and poor understanding of instructions which interferes with the assessment
