Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who are apparently healthy and fulfilling the health assessment criteria of Validated Questionnaire (Ayurveda Health Assessment Questionnaire of Dr. Saurabh Aggarval). 2.Individuals between the age group of 30-50 yrs of either sex. 3.Individuals who are fit for Snehapana & Virechana Karma. 4.Individuals who did not suffer from any systemic illness or co morbidities for last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who are unfit for Snehapana and Virechana Karma. 2.Those who are on any conventional drug therapy or taking herbal health promoters’ herbs. 3. Pregnant females and lactating mother.

Virechana Karma (Shodhana Karma) will shows the changes i.e upregulation or downregulation in miRNA expressions in neural, heart, bone and muscle age of healthy individuals.Timepoint: Assessments will be done at baseline, on 15th day, 25th day and 55th day
