Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High School Football Players from schools that follow standard guidelines of ICSE, CBSE, or State Board of Education. High school football players from schools that participate in inter-school competitions. High school football players from schools receive training/ coaching. High school football players involved in the sport for one year or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High School Football Players undergoing any mental illness. High School Football Players undergoing personal psychotherapy or pharmacological treatment for any mental illness. High School Football players involved in the sport for less than one year.
