Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who are cricket players. 2.Subjects playing for a duration of more than 1 year. 3.Subjects with no history of surgeries and acute injuries. 4.Batsmen/Bowlers/All-rounders - all categories.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with lack of Physical Fitness, as determined by the Physically Active Readiness questionnaire (PAR Q+) 2.Subjects with Playing duration less than 1 year:
