Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects of age group 20 to 60 years will be registered in both the group 2.Pre-diagnosed case of primary hypothyroidism will be registered in group A. 3.Apparently healthy subjects will be registered in Group-B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with hypertension, diabetes and malnourished. 2.Pregnant women and breast feeding women 3.Secondary hypothyroidism 4.Patients on medications like steroids etc
