Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinical symptoms with or without radiological changes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 20 years and above 70 years of age will be excluded. 2. Patient suffering from paralysis. 3. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, neoplastic disorder, any severe illness. 4. Pregnancy 5. Severe malnourished, debilitated 6. Myelopathy, any type of malignancy

Relief in sign and symptoms of the disease. The main sign and symptoms in the study are as follow Pain in Kati(lumbar region) Stiffness in Kati Numbness Tingling sensation Headache Weakness of lower limbs Giddiness Timepoint: 30 days study with follow up at 15 days
