Inclusion criteria: 1.singleton live gestation 2.Gestational age between 19 to 23+0 weeks 3.After obtaining informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic hypertensive and gestational hypertension 2.Diagnosed congenital anomalies 3.Known case of Cardiac diseases 4.Known case of thromboembolic disorders on T.Ecospirin 5.Ocular conditions like infections,trauma ,tumors
