Intervention1: Sphenopalatine ganglion block: Transnasal bilateral sphenopalatine ganglion block with bupivacaine 0.5 % (2 ml) and dexmedetomidine 1 microgram per kg (1 ml) and intravenous 10 ml norma

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for endoscopic sinus surgery with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical status of I or II and Duration of surgery – 60 mins upto 120 mins.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication or hypersensitivity to the use of any of the drugs used in the study Any known coagulopathy disorder Body mass index (BMI) more than 30 kg per metre square
