Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A)IBD-10-CM Code IBD 2024 ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Code K58.90 B)Age: 21-60 Years C)Gender-Both Males & Females D)Patients Having Pratyatma Lakshana Of Grahani Roga Especially – 1)Atisrushtam Or Ativibadhham Or Atidravam Malapravritti (Altered Bowel Habits) With Or Without Other Symptoms (Trushna, Arochaaka, Vairasya, Praseka, Tamaka, Shoona Pada, Shoona Kara, Asthi-Parva Ruja, Chhardi, Jwara, Louha-Ama-Gandhi Tiktamlodgar) & 2)The Patients Who Are Diagnosed With IBS According To Standard Rome Iv Criteria. E)Willing To Give Written Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Previously Diagnosed Cases And History Of Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s Disease, Gastric Ulcerations, Intestinal Tuberculosis And Other Inflammatory Bowel Conditions. 2)Mixed Infection With Parasites Such As Round Worms, Hook Worms, & Lactose Intolerance Patients. 3)Patients With Evidence Of Malignancy. 4)Patents With Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Poorly Controlled Hypertension And Any Other Autoimmune Disorders. 5)Abuse Of Drug Or Alcohol. 6)Presence Of Other Somatic Or Mental Disorder Requiring Medication. 7)Patients On Prolonged Medication With Nsaids, Analgesics Or Any Other Drugs That May Have An Influence On The Outcome Of The Study. 8)Pregnant & Lactating Women.
