Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients must experience low back pain within the last 12 weeks duration. 2.Patients with lumbar spine MRI findings within the last 12 weeks duration. 3.Age : 18 - 60 years. 4.Ability to give informed consent : Participants must have the cognitive capacity to provide informed consent. 5.Ability to comply : Participants must be able to attend the scheduled visits and complete all required assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history spinal surgery, spondylolysis and/or spondylolisthesis, hip and knee pathology, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, malignancy, spinal stenosis, active cancer, inflammatory or infectious disorder of spine. 2. Neurological disorder: Participants with pre-existing neurological disorders that could confound the assessment of the disc prolapse. 3. Pregnancy: Pregnant individual with potential confounding factors related to pregnancy induced physiological factors. 4. Participants with other clinical trials involving drugs and therapies.
