Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with Pratyatma Lakshan of obesity. 2. Patient fulfilling the Diagnostic Criteria of Obesity. 3. Patients of Age group from 21 to 60 years irrespective of gender, caste, creed. 4. Patients fit for VIRECHANA. 5. Patient willing and able to give written consent in the study. 6. The patients having BMI from 30 to 39.99 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poorly controlled Diabetes Mellitus (HbA1c higher than 10) or Hypertension (BP higher than 160/100). 2. Patients with evidence of renal, hepatic, cardiac involvement, genetic syndrome. 3. Secondary obesity; Obesity due to hypothyroidism or Cushing syndrome etc. 4. Pregnant / lactating woman. 5. History of hypersensitivity to any of the trial drugs or their ingredients. 6. Patients unfit for VIRECHANA. 7. On drugs: Insulin, anti-depressant, or steroid. 8. BMI equal to or more than 40 kg/m2 and less than 30 kg/m2. 9. Patients who are already enrolled in other study. 10. Any condition which is considered by Investigator to jeopardize the health of the participant.

1. Expecting 5%-10% improvement in the Signs and Symptoms of obesity. 2. Expecting 5%-10% improvement in the quality of life.Timepoint: Day 0, Day 62, Day 90
