Interventions

Intervention1: Immediate Loading of Mini-implants: Intervention group will consist of patients in which immediate loading/ force application from the Mini-implants will be applied till the retraction

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult orthodontic patients having Angle’s Class I bimaxillary protrusion requiring all first premolars extraction treatment plan 2. Patients with good oral hygiene

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with syndromic conditions and craniofacial malformations 2. Patients with any metabolic disease 3. Patients requiring any other extractions other than all first premolars 4. Patients with poor oral hygiene

There may be difference in the stability according to the loading protocols with delayed loading of Mini-implants may result in better outcome and better patient compliance as the period of inflammation will be overcome which is generally of 14-21 days after Mini-implants insertion.
