Intervention1: SHARBAT-E AFTIMOON QAIROOTI ARAD KARASNA: SHARBAT-EAFTIMOON 20 ML ORALLY THREE TIMES A DAY FOR 3 MONTHS AND QAIROOTI ARAD KARASNA FOR LOCAL APPLICATION TWICE A DAY FOR 3 MONTHS

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: presence of breast lump with and without pain. positive findings of cytological investigations by FNAC BI-RADS 2nd & 3rd stage BI-RADS Gradings: stage 1; Negative / Normal stage 2; Non-cancerous abnormality stage 3; probably benign stage 4; suspicious stage 5; high suggestive of a malignancy stage 6; biopsy proven malignancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation patient having any systemic disease BI-RADS 1,4,5,6 breast abscess PCOS Patients with history of hormonal treatment for 3 month (OCPS /tamoxifen)
