Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who requires segmental mandibulectomy and reconstruction as primary surgery and willing to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: all patients with peripheral vascular disease, or arteria peronea magna, salvage surgery or h/o trauma
