Intervention1: Reciprocal Inhibition with conventional therapy: GROUP WILL GET MET TECHNIQUE ( RECIPROCAL INHIBITION ) WITH CONVENTIONAL THERAPY FOR 8 SEC HOLD AND THEN STRETCHNING AT THE END FOR 6 DA

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dental practitioners aged between 25 to 50 years complaining of neck pain working since at least one year. Working duration of  6-7 hours/day Willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any head / neck injury Complaint with radiculopathy ,  H/O head and neck surgery
