Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Following patients shall be included:- 1. Patients who are newly diagnosed with hypothyroidism. 2. Patients will be selected irrespective of sex, caste, religion, occupation, habitat etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Following patients shall be excluded : 1. Who suffer from any kind of thyroid surgery and radiotherapy. 2. Pregnant and lactating mothers 3. Congenital Hypothyroidism 4. Hyperthyroidism 5. Other diagnosed systemic diseases.

Weight gain shall remain unchangedTimepoint: 12 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Body weight and BMI to come down considerably, TSH values to reduce.Timepoint: 75th day and 90th day
