Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.parturient willing to give consent 2.parturient of age between 20-35 years with term pregnancy with period of gestation 37-42 weeks 3.parturient between pregnancy BMI 18.5-29.9kg/m2 4.haemodynamically stable 5.scheduled for LSCS under subarachnoid block
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. parturients with arrythmias, gestational hypertension and twins 2.severe mitral or tricuspid regurgitation, severe aortic regurgitation 3.cardiac dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease and pulmonary edema 4.parturients having diabetes parturients with BMI more than 30mg/m2 5.when LSCS needs to be converted to general anaesthesia
