Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgery for PDR and RVO primary or secondary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous retinal surgeries 2.Retinal breaks pre-existing and iatrogenic 3.Cases where significant retinal membranes could not be removed around bleeders 4.Massive tractional retinal detachment a total area of retinal detachment exceeding 10 DD

Occurrence of any retinal bleeding in excess of final intraoperative condition.Timepoint: Day 1, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months

1.Occurrence of RVH necessitating re surgery 2.Development of significant retinal membranes. Timepoint: 1 week, 1 month, 3 momths
