Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with abnormal vaginal discharge associated with itching with or without backache. 2. Married subject and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Post menopausal women 2. Pregnant women] 3. Cases of hiv, hbsag, vdrl 4. Under prolonged use of anti microbial drugs. 5. Women using ocps. 6. Uncontrolled dm and htn. 7. Malignancy
