Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Resided in Jalandhar, Punjab 2.Participants with Hamilton anxiety scale score (18-24, moderate anxiety) 3.Participants with Perceived stress scale score (14-26, moderate stress) 4.Diagnosed conditions by psychologist 5.Individual willing to participate voluntarily in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Physically challenged 2.Other psychological disorders 3.Congenital neurological conditions 4.Individual with a history of antianxiety and anti-stress drugs 5.Individual with a history of non-pharmacological treatment. 6.Non- cooperative individuals
