Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective thyroidectomy surgeries via open, endoscopic ,robotic approaches

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients refusal; pre-existing shoulder and neck pathology; intraoperative change of surgical approach; inability to comprehend pain scales and scoring systems
