Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group more than 18 years, diagnosed with persistent AF planned for management or already on management but didn’t achieve the goal of any gender, LVEF more than or equal to 50%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital heart disease, Valvular heart disease, Miscellaneous heart disease, LV diastolic dysfunction more than Grade II
