Interventions

Intervention1: Mental Imagery: The motor imagery training will be given for a maximum of 25 minutes, 3 days in 4 weeks. The two phases of the motor imagery intervention will be implemented one after t
b) internal visual imagery (third week)

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with self-reported persistent neck pain for than 3 months, aged 18 -45 years, both males and females and willing to prospectively attend the interventions will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients those who have history of receiving Mental Imagery and Deep Neck Flexor Training, cervical radiculopathy, cervical fractures, history of smoking, drug addiction and alcoholism, steroids, neuropathies, history of vertigo, subjects with a clinical history of metabolic, respiratory disease and psychological problems.
