Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for elective Total Hip Replacement surgeries in Sanjay Gandhi Institute Of Trauma And Orthopedics, Bengaluru

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulopathy, neurological diseases, spine deformities, Any contraindication for regional techniques. Patients in whom block failed or when other analgesic or anaesthetic techniques have been supplemented. Patients allergic to study drug. Patients with known solid organ diseases,
