Intervention1: 2% lignocaine and laser is used for intervention of pulpal pain as an adjunct to infiltration: after giving 2% lignocaine infiltration, patients still having pain are given Intrapulpal

Inclusion criteria: Good Oral Health Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic therapeutic drug history periapical pathology non vital tooth periodontal diseases

laser irradiation at 940 nm can significantly reduce pain during and after endodontic treatment in teeth with irreversible pulpitis.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed during and 24hrs after the treatment	—
