Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adult patients aged between 18-60. 2 Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I and II. 3 Anticipated difficult airway.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age less than 18 and more than 60. 2 ASA class 3 and above. 3 Patients allergic to lignocaine or any other study drug. 4 Epileptic patient. 5 Patients with hemodynamic instability. 6 Patients suffering from bronchial asthma. 7 Patients with decreased lung compliance. 8 Patients having deranged blood coagulation profile.
