Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Total cholesterol level in blood more than 200 mg per dl No medicine or drug has been taken in last 15 days willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cut-off level - Total cholesterol of more than 300 mg/dl will be excluded as it is considered as the dangerously higher for developing cardiovascular diseases. 2.Immuno-compromised and critically ill patients, 3.Severe or advanced cases or diseases having any gross pathological changes. 4.Pregnant woman and lactating mother. 5.Chronic alcoholism and substance abuse 6.Psychologically unstable patient 7.Not willing to participate in the study.
