Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II with peripheral nerve block failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of less than 18 years of age or more than 65 years of age,ASA grade III,IV,V,with successful peripheral nerve block,previous history of local anaesthetic systemic toxicity, Patients with failed peripheral nerve block in whom already the maximum permissible dose of local anaesthetics were already given
