Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects of all socio-economic status, all religions. 2.Ability to read Bengali, Hindi and/or English. 3.Patients willing to give informed consent to participate in the study. 4.Subject who agrees to undergo laboratory investigations whenever required
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women. 2.Patient who are having malignant diseases/ life threatening disease/ psychiatric illness Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes or immune compromised state or any other disease who needs surgical intervention. 3.Cases already undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic illness. 4.Unwilling to participate or to comply with the study requirements, too unwell to take part, or Edit with declined to provide consent.
