Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female Aged between 18-30 Competitive players who undergoing regular practice for one year Practice of 5-6 days per week Physically fit players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any previous musculoskeletal injuries for past 3 months No psychological problems Cognitive impairment Pregnancy Any diagnosed systemic problems Diabetic neuropathy Diagnosed neuropathic problems Lower limb and upper limb sprain Any surgical intervention for last one year
