Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female police personnel willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Police personnel with pre-existing cardiovascular conditions 2, Medical conditions that may contraindicate participation in yoga therapy (eg: uncontrolled hypertension, recent surgery, pregnancy)
