Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diabetes mellitus more than or equal to 18 years age 2.Patients who give consent for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus 2.Patients with diabetes mellitus less than 18 years age 3.Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus 4.Patients with diabetes mellitus who refuse to be included in study.
