Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Players who practice regularly for 2 – 5 years 2.Players who suffered chronic shoulder pain/ injury like Shoulder impingement, Anterior instability, Rotator cuff injury, tendinitis, GIRD 3.Injury occurred during play or practice of sports

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute shoulder injury 2.Scapular dyskinesia due to nerve injury 3.Players who have undergone specific training 4.Any surgical intervention of shoulder or chest 5.Pulmonary conditions like asthma, COPD 6.Smokers
