Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 35 yrs old 2.Unilateral OA 3.VAS score more than 3 to 7 4.Crepitus on active joint motion 5.Morning Stiffness 6.OA Grade 1 to 3 on radiological findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Bilateral OA. 2)Recent knee injury or any Trauma to the knee joint. 3)Any history of Meniscus or ligamentous injury within past 6months. 4)Any Previous or Recent surgeries or Joint replacements in both knees. 5)Polyarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis 6)Infective arthritis or other Systemic inflammatory arthropathies. 7)Any neuromuscular or vascular disorders of lower limb which may affect Balance or Movement (i.e-Parkinson disease, multiple sclerosis). 8)Associated musculoskeletal problems in proximal and distal joints
