Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All individuals having Metabolic Syndrome between the age group of 30 years to 55 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with previously diagnosed cardiovascular disease including valvular heart disease ischemic heart disease previous cardiac surgery or percutaneous interventions
