Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) Grade I and II 2. Patients who are consenting for the study 3.Patients undergoing lower gynaecological surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to regional anesthesia such as anatomic disorders of spine, shock ,local site infections, peripheral neuropathy. 2.Pregnant female 3. Patients with the history of neuropsychiatric problems 4. Patients with communication problems that will not able to understand visual analogue scale (VAS). 5.Patients with hypersensitivity to study drugs . 6.Patients with coagulation disorders and bleeding disorders.
