Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 28 - 34 weeks of gestation admitted in NICU Weight- less than 1500g preterm who has respiratory rate greater than 60 breaths /minute Gender-both male and female included Preterms who are under non invasive respiratory support APGAR Score at 5 minutes ranged between 4-6 Infants with written assent of their parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of chest wall deformities Neonates who have underwent respiratory surgeries Fetal hydrops CNS lesion Persistent pulmonary hypertension No major airway intervention like manual hyperinflation or bronchial lavage performed in previous 12h.
