Intervention1: Modified Sleeper Stretch: Participants will be allotted in 2 groups Group 1- The participants will be given modified sleeper stretch with the person in side lying position on a plinth

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: swimmers specializing in free style, breast stroke ,butterfly stroke swimmers testing positive for GIRD positive internal rotation lag test and kim test willingness of participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing participants in last 6 months. Any diagnostic case of neurological conditions & cardiovascular conditions. Obstetric women & Cancer patients
