Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants of age 60 years and above 2. Those given written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe cognitive impairment 2. Recent major surgery or trauma 3. Terminally ill. 4. Individuals with severe mobility limitations 5. Severe mental illness (psychiatric problems) 6. Antidepressant drugs from past 6 months 7. Would not be able to perform physical performance test 8. Severe chronic illness such as (a) Cancer or other immune system disease. (b) Chronic kidney disease (end stage renal disease) (c)Inflammatory disease
