Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with radiological primary osteoarthritis of knees (Kellgren Lawrence grade 2 & 3 based on x-ray findings)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with local infection at the site of the procedure, HIV, Hepatitis B or C, septicemia, other systemic metabolic disorders, bleeding, and other coagulation disorders
