Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 19 to 33 years were considered eligible for this study. 2.Patients who have not undergone previous orthodontic treatment. 3. Patients who have not used antibiotics in the last three months. 4. Patients who are not using any systemic medications. 5. Patients who are not having any motor limitations for performing oral hygiene

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are having periodontal diseases and/or carious lesions. 2. Long term use of antibiotics, steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs 3. History of systemic and medical illness. 4. Patients having motor limitations.
