Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All hemodynamically stable inborn SGA neonates of 30-34 weeks of gestation, born during study period and on enteral feed from day 1 will be enrolled in the study.

1. Time to reach full feed (150 ml per kg per day) 2. Requirement of IV fluid before reaching full feed 2. Incidence of feed tolerance 3. Incidence of NEC (Modified Bell staging = stage 2) 4. Incidence of culture positive sepsis. 5. Length of hospital stay 6. Death before discharge.Timepoint: first 7 days of life.
