Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participant in the age group 18-60 years of age. Participant indicated for mandibular molar extraction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participant with known allergy to amide type of local anaesthetic agent and adrenaline. 2. Participants having active local infections, abscessor any other lesion at the injection site. 3. Participant with systemic co-morbidities that would preclude adminstration of local anaestheisa or adrenaline ( eg- disorders of liver, kidney, cardiovascular system, etc) or are contraindication of extraction. 4. Participant taking medications such as sedative, narcotics, antidepressants or antianxiety medications 1 week prior to procedure and NSAIDS 3 days prior to procedure. 5. Pregnancy. 6. Alcohol consumption 48 hours before of study. 7. Participants not willing to participate in the study.
