Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy 2. ASA 1-3 3. 18 – 70 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to communicate 2. Contraindications of Nerve Block 3. Chronic opioid or analgesic use 4. Allergic to study medications 5. BMI more than 35 6. Patients with CAD 7. Patients with preexisting dementia, h/o seizure disorder
