Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 19-35 years Post natal women with lumbar hyper lordosis (pod-3) Lower segment caesarean section and Full-term normal delivery both Anterior pelvic tilt angle of >13°.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma to spine and women with congenital spinal deformity. LBP having localized or radiating pain Weakness due to neurological disorders Kyphoscoliosis Radiculopathy Discogenic pain Mother with severe post-natal problems
