Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis according to Kellgren and Lawerence scale grade 1 grade 3 Age criteria between 45 to 59 years Osteoarthritis of one or both hip joint s Patients with reduced hip abductor According to Kendall grading grade 1 grade 4 Patient willing to participate and given informed voluntary consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any infective condition around hip Surgeries around the hip joint Co-morbidities affecting the everyday physical activity of the patient Use of walking aids
