Intervention1: Bacteriophage: Bacteriophage cocktail 2ml of cocktail every alternate day topically for 7 days Control Intervention1: Antibiotics: Broad spectrum and empirical antibiotics

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: RTA resulting in head injury, spinal cord injury, polytrauma admitted in intensive care unit Grade 3 and 4 pressure ulcers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No consent Pregnancy and lactation Systemic diseases Dermatologic diseases Burns Malignancy Tumour Tuberculosis
