Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed to have mild iron deficiency anemia Hemoglobin range between 10 - 11.9 g/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to consent age less than 6 years and more than 10 years Children with chronic illness

MeasureTime frame
To determine the degree of difference in efficacy between iron supplementation and iron rich food in treating mild anemia in children aged 6 to 10 years.Timepoint: The primary outcome will be established by the end of 3 months from the start of trial.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To generate evidence-based knowledge on the best approaches for managing mild anaemia in children of 6 TO 10 YEARS age group, which can then be used to guide healthcare practices & recommendations.Timepoint: At the end of 3 months from the start of patient enrolment.
