Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients of both sexes with ASA grade 1&2 patients with BMI more than 18 and less than 24 patients with Mallampati grade 1&2 surgeries lasting less than 3 hours in prone position
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: lower or upper respiratory tract infection,asthma,copd pregnant women known allergies to study drug, patients on chronic medications such as nsaids and steroids
