Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are having classical signs of Pilonidal sinus. Patients of Nadivrana will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, and socioeconomic status. Age groups between 15 years to 60 years will be selected. Diabetic patients who are under glycemic control. Only fresh cases will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known case of Tuberculosis Malignancy And Spinal disorders like Potts disease Scoliosis Inter Vertebral disc Prolapse 2.Patients suffering with Immunocompromised Status 3.Patient contraindicated for Kshara karma like Durbala Bala Bhiru Garbhini Jwara
